Mina J. Pak, LCSW, PPSC currently serves as the Director of Behavioral Health at KCS, Inc., where responsibilities include managing the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic program, coordinating clinical integration, and providing supervision to team members. Prior to this role, Mina worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, providing mental health assessments, crisis intervention, and therapeutic services. Experience also includes serving as a School-Based Therapist at Downey Unified School District, where services focused on counseling and mental health support for students and families. Additional roles include Clinical Case Manager at Therapeutic Behavioral Services and Social Work Therapist Intern at Sharp HealthCare, with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and therapeutic methodologies. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University.
