Aleksandra Ziółkowska began their work experience in 2000 as a Medical Representative at Hexal Polska. Aleksandra then worked at Amgen from 2006 to 2013, starting as a Clinical Research Associate and progressing to the role of Clinical Operation Manager. Aleksandra joined Novartis as a Senior Clinical Trial Manager in 2013 before moving to Astellas Pharma in 2014. At Astellas Pharma, Aleksandra held the position of Head of Clinical Trials Department until 2017. Aleksandra then worked at KCR as Director of Patient Management Department from 2018 to 2020, and later as Director and Senior Director of Clinical Operations Services.

Aleksandra Ziółkowska completed the INSEAD Future Leader Programme at INSEAD The Business School For The World in Fontainebleau, France in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science in Pharmacy from the Medical University of Lublin between 1995 and 2000.
