Erica Sankey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and project management. Currently serving as Engineering Chief of Staff at KCF Technologies, Inc., Erica leads the design and implementation of project management methodology standards and develops risk management strategies. Previously, Erica worked as a Business Analyst in Insurance Analytics at Mutual Benefit Group, where contributions included enhancing communication between business units and Information Services. At GTL, Erica held several key positions, including Director of Subscription Solutions and Director of Business Analysis & Training, focusing on the development of technology solutions for the corrections industry. Erica began the career as a Regional Sales Manager at Blue Mountain Quality Resources, Inc., providing asset management software to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Erica holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication/Journalism with a minor in English from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
