Harmony Reppert has a diverse background in technology and leadership roles spanning over 16 years. Harmony is currently serving as the Director of Technology at KC HiLiTES, Inc. since April 2022. Previously, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Verus Agency (formerly Alliance Global) from December 2020 to April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Technology Director at Alliance Global from May 2019 to December 2020.

Harmony'searlier experiences include working as a Senior Software Developer at Kissinger Associates, Inc. from March 2017 to May 2019. In this role, they played a pivotal role in designing custom client solutions, leading multiple projects, and managing the full product lifecycle.

Before that, Harmony worked as a Software Developer/Contractor in their own venture from 2016 to 2017, where they customized Magento applications and created custom integrations between various platforms. Harmony also gained valuable experience as a Senior Programmer/Tech-lead at VILLA Join The Movement from 2014 to 2016, customizing Magento applications and collaborating with the Marketing Department to incorporate design elements.

Harmony'searlier experience includes working as a Programmer/Tech-lead at Weidenhammer from 2006 to 2014, customizing Magento applications and developing custom extensions. Harmony began their career as a Web Developer at PenTeleData in 2005, where they developed custom web-based applications and designed MySQL databases.

Throughout their career, Harmony has demonstrated expertise in technology, leadership, project management, and software development, contributing to the success of the organizations they have worked with.

Harmony Reppert obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2005.
