Eric Freckleton has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as a Personal Banker at JPMorgan Chase. Eric then worked as a Medical Storekeeper at Huntsman Cancer Institute from 2010 to 2011. From 2012 to 2015, they held roles at Black Diamond Equipment, including Direct to Consumer Sales and Service Lead and Warranty Clerk. Eric worked as a Waste Operator and General Hand at Antarctic Logistics & Expeditions LLC from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they served as a Ski Aircraft Coordinator at the same company. In 2019, they joined Rio Tinto as a Field Technician and later became a C1 Project Coordinator and Field Technician. Most recently, they worked at Cementation Americas as a Shift Scheduler and Dispatch for Underground Mining from 2021 to 2023. Eric Freckleton is currently an Assistant Project Manager at KC Harvey Environmental, LLC.

Eric Freckleton obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism from the University of Utah from 2007 to 2011. Eric further pursued their education at the same university and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Economics from 2011 to 2014.
