Shuning Fu has a diverse work experience in the media and entertainment industry. They started their career in 2010 at StarHub, where they worked as a Senior Marketing Executive in product management and marketing. They were responsible for developing marketing products, promoting content, and implementing multimedia promotions for various in-house channels.
In 2013, Shuning joined Viacom International Media Networks as a Senior Executive in Licensing. They were involved in managing licensing agreements and partnerships.
In 2014, they moved to Singtel and took on the role of Manager in Brand & Segment Marketing. Their responsibilities included driving business strategies for the Chinese segment of Singtel TV and OTT, as well as overseeing 360 marketing campaigns for Asian content.
Shuning then joined Sony Pictures Entertainment in 2017 as an Assistant Manager in Asian Content Programming. They assisted in managing the acquisition needs of Asian content channels and played a key role in programming strategies.
Later in 2017, Shuning joined KC Global Media Asia as a Director in Acquisition & Programming. They were responsible for managing and strategizing the acquisition needs of Asian content channels, as well as maintaining relationships with content distributors and licensors.

Shuning Fu attended the National University of Singapore from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography.
