Katherine Quirke is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Director, Ratings Legal at KBRA since August 2021, Katherine previously held the position of Director, Ratings Legal at the same organization. Prior to that, Katherine was a Solicitor at Arthur Cox from 2012 until August 2021 and worked as a Lawyer on secondment at Clifford Chance LLP for nearly a year. Katherine’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree and a Master of Laws from University College Cork, along with a Diploma in Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland and a Professional Certificate in complex financial instruments from University College Dublin.
