Charles Kindt is a CMBS Analyst at KBRA since August 2022. Previously, Charles served in outdoor operations at Hansen Properties, Normandy Farm, and Blue Bell Country Club from August 2014 to October 2022, holding responsibilities as a shift leader for golf operations, including course management and tournament setup. From April 2019 to September 2021, Charles worked as a Project Specialist at VIRTUALSPACE.xyz, focusing on spatial capture and design. Charles earned a Bachelor's Degree in Security Risk Analysis from Penn State University, completing studies in 2022, and attended La Salle College High School from August 2012 to May 2015.
