Joel Ogden, PMP, CSM, currently serves as the Director of Business Development at KBR, Inc. since January 2024. Previously, Joel held multiple key positions at Jacobs, including Chief Systems Engineer/Architect for the Integrated Research & Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract, where significant contributions to the Missile Defense Agency were made. Notable achievements encompass the successful turnaround of a $60M+ task order and spearheading innovative Model-Based Systems Engineering projects. Joel's professional journey also includes roles at Deloitte Consulting, BearingPoint, and Booz Allen Hamilton, where expertise in requirements management, enterprise architecture, and human factors consultancy was demonstrated. Joel earned an MBA with a focus on Project Management and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Wright State University.
