Damian Telford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Account Director - Aerospace and Integrated Work Partner Team Lead at KBR, Inc. since January 2021, Damian has previously held significant roles including Senior Consultant at AeroPM and various leadership positions within the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group, where responsibilities ranged from managing operations and human resources to strategic governance and financial management. As a mentor in the TFTC program, Damian contributed to the professional development of women in technical fields. With an Executive Masters of Business Administration from QUT and a solid educational foundation in business and finance, Damian demonstrates a strong commitment to leadership and organizational excellence.
