Amanda Perez has a diverse professional background with experience in administrative support, teaching, and military service. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at the Florida Department of Veterans' Affairs since February 2020, Amanda previously worked as an Infant Teacher at Tender Heart Academy and as a Front Desk Clerk at Vet Centers. Prior to these roles, Amanda gained significant experience at The Home Depot from 2006 to 2014 as a Supervisor, where responsibilities included inventory management and shipment oversight. Amanda is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served from March 2000 to March 2005, and performed electrical work on aircraft while demonstrating values of honor, courage, and commitment. Amanda pursued education at Lake-Sumter State College and the University of South Florida St. Petersburg.
