Brennan Tier currently serves as the People Advice and Resource Centre Operations Lead and People and Culture Consultant at KBR, Inc., where responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to deliver solutions related to employment relations, workforce planning, leadership, and employee engagement. With a background as a People & Culture Operations Analyst and Advisor at KBR, Brennan supports nearly 2000 employees in the APAC region by addressing a wide range of HR solutions. Previously, Brennan held the position of Recruitment Advisor, successfully renewing a graduate program that selected 30 graduates from over 2500 applicants. Prior experience includes roles at Woolworths Group as a People Advisor, Scentre Group as a Car Park Attendant, and Drakes Supermarkets as Duty Manager. Brennan holds dual Bachelor of Business degrees in Human Resources Management from The University of Queensland and Queensland University of Technology.
