Jack Jolly has over 35 years of work experience. Jack started their career in 1985 as an Engineer at the United States Department of Defense. In 1997, they joined the Internal Revenue Service as an Engineer and later held roles as Engineering Team Manager, Engineering Territory Manager, and Senior Analyst before retiring in May 2018. In July 2018, they became the Director at KBKG - Tax Credits, Incentives & Cost Recovery.

Jack Jolly earned their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 1979 to 1983.
