Bart Van Winckel has over 18 years of experience in operational risk management and project leadership within the banking and insurance sectors, primarily at KBC Bank & Verzekering. Currently serving as a policy advisor and operational risk manager, Bart is responsible for managing operational risks in the Payments department and overseeing fraud management. Previous roles include scrum master for an international team, business project leader for security-related initiatives, and senior application and process manager, where responsibilities encompassed process design and large project involvement. Bart began the career at Accenture as an analyst specializing in the migration of legacy systems to SAP, collaborating with notable clients such as InBev and L'Oréal. Bart holds a degree in Handelsingenieur Beleidsinformatica from Universiteit Antwerpen.
