Nyangweso Granis is a skilled communications consultant currently working with Girl Up at the United Nations Foundation since June 2024, focusing on implementing communication strategies, managing media relations, and enhancing outreach efforts. Granis has extensive experience in television presenting with Kenya Broadcasting Corporation, particularly on the Youth in Action program that highlights youth achievements in societal improvement. Additional roles include membership in IAWRT, work as a writing contributor for The Tvet Star Newspaper, and experience with NairoBits Trust in innovation and technology support. Granis also participated in the IAWRT mentorship program sponsored by the US Embassy and previously served as an administrative assistant at Millennial Legacy. Granis holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Maseno University.
