Zaur Turabaev is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and research and development. Currently serving as Chief Technical Officer at 袨孝袠小 since June 2019, Zaur has also held various roles at KazTransCom, including Director of the R&D department and Senior Engineer, since January 2013. Previous positions include telecommunication engineer at ZTE Kazakhstan, where responsibilities included overseeing MSAN SDH WDM projects, and engineer roles at Luxe Telecom Karaganda and East Telecom, focusing on technical support and network maintenance. Zaur holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business AlmaU and a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from TUIT Tashkent.
