Nurgul Doshimova has extensive experience in the field of quality assurance, currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance at NCOC since June 2020. Prior to this role, Nurgul held the position of Lead Quality Assurance Engineer at Shell from June 2020 to November 2022. Nurgul has also been with KazStroyService since November 2007, where a managerial role has been maintained. In addition to practical experience, Nurgul is pursuing education in NDT PT level 2 at NCOC, which began in 2021.
