LaToya Stirrup is the Co-Founder and CEO of KAZMALEJE, a company that designs innovative accessories for women with textured hair, including the Curl Care Detanglers TM. With extensive experience in project management and strategic consulting, LaToya has been self-employed since 2013, providing digital medium consulting for brand development. As a Founding Member and President of Digital Grass Innovation & Technology, LaToya focuses on supporting minority and women-owned startups in South Florida. Previous roles include Economic Development Action Committee Member for the Miami-Dade Economic Advocacy Trust, Director of Project Management at la comunidad, and Senior Project Manager at AgencyNet, working with notable brands across various industries. LaToya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Advertising from Florida State University.
