Aizhan Nurseitova has extensive experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training and administration, currently serving as an HSE and High-Risk Trainer at KAZ Minerals since November 2013, where responsibilities include providing initial HSE training for newcomers and preparing monthly statistical reports. Concurrently, Aizhan holds the position of HSE Trainer at Kazakhmys PLC, with similar tasks focused on familiarizing personnel with project HSE procedures and reporting. Prior experience at Tesla - TAN as an HSE Coordinator involved developing departmental procedures and generating reports for clients. Aizhan also contributed to the Regular Affair Department through documentation preparation related to construction processes and technical state assessments. Educational qualifications include a Specialist degree in Health, Safety, and Environment and in Interpretation from Taraz State University, alongside various certifications in HSE and business management.
