Minwoo Bae, CPA, CFA has a strong background in tax and finance. Minwoo began their career at Rothstein Kass in 2009 as a Senior Tax Associate, where they worked until 2013. After that, they joined Deloitte as a Tax Manager, where they stayed until 2014. Currently, they are working at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors as the Director of Tax - Energy Funds. Minwoo Bae's expertise lies in tax and they have progressively advanced in their roles, gaining valuable experience in the field.

Minwoo Bae, CPA, CFA, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which they earned from 2003 to 2008. Minwoo also pursued a Master of Business Taxation (MBT) degree in Taxation at the University of Southern California, completing it in 2009. Additionally, Minwoo Bae holds the CPA certification from the California Board of Accountancy and the CFA certification from the CFA Institute.
