Lihi Sarig Gurman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Lihi has been with KayHut since 2017, where they currently hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources. Lihi also serves as the O.D & Training Manager at the company. Prior to KayHut, Lihi worked at Lotem for 12 years, starting in 2008. Their roles at Lotem included Organizational Consultant, Project Manager, as well as Management Consultant and Client Engagement Manager in the Business Sector Division. Before Lotem, Lihi was at The Yitzhak Rabin Center from 2005 to 2008, where they focused on the development and leading of educational programs for various audiences. Their responsibilities included program facilitation, training and development, and managing special educational programs. Lihi also had a brief stint at Intel Corporation in 2007, working in the FAB18 - Training & Learning department.

Lihi Sarig Gurman earned a Bachelor's degree in behavioral science and management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they attended from 2002 to 2005. Lihi then pursued an MBA in organizational behavior at the same university from 2005 to 2008. Later on, from 2010 to 2012, Lihi completed a group facilitation program at Seminar Hakibuztim.
