Kirsty Simmonds is a seasoned Trade Marketing Specialist at Kaya FM 95.9 since September 2013, where responsibilities include strategically identifying and orchestrating activation of superior Kaya FM experiences and creating events that embody Afropolitan culture. Prior to this role, Kirsty served as an Account Executive at The Iconic Group from August 2011 to May 2013, focusing on various media platforms including radio and digital new media. Kirsty began a career in sales as a National Sales Executive for Longevity Magazine with Times Media Group from June 2008 to July 2011, where the focus was on the health and aesthetic beauty industry. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in BA English and Psychology from University JHB (UNISA), along with a National Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management from the University of JHB. Secondary education was completed at Sandringham High School with a matriculation exemption in English and Maths.
