Tejas Jadhav possesses extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals sectors, currently serving as Technical Manager at Kay Bee Bio-Organics Pvt. Ltd. since January 2020. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Manager and R&D Manager at Nisarga Biotech, where Tejas worked from February 2014 to January 2018 and May 2009 to November 2018, respectively. Tejas also gained valuable experience as an Associate Researcher at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited and as a Research Assistant at NCCS. Educationally, Tejas holds an MSc in Microbiology and Tissue Culture from Fergusson College, completed between August 2004 and January 2009.
