Venkatesh Raichur, Ph.D is currently working as a Senior Research Officer at Kaveri Seed Company Limited. Prior to this role, Raichur was a PhD Scholar at the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad where Venkatesh conducted genetic analysis of heat tolerance in cotton. Raichur also worked as a Junior Research Fellow focusing on improving oil quality and productivity through genomics in Groundnut. Additionally, Venkatesh has experience as a Research Officer at DuPont Pioneer. Raichur holds a M.Sc in Genetics and Plant Breeding from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad.
