Peter Eklund is an accomplished operations executive with significant experience in the food and delivery sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Kavall, which was acquired by Mathem in 2023, Peter previously held the position of Head of Operations at foodora, where Peter played a pivotal role in building the company from inception, overseeing product development and team expansion to 160 employees. As Head of Contact Center at foodora, Peter successfully managed a large support operation for thousands of employees and partners. Prior to that, Peter served as Chief Operating Officer at RestaurangOnline Sverige AB, contributing to its acquisition by Delivery Hero SE in 2019.
