Allysa Laskoski is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in the wellness, cycling, and media industries. Currently serving as the Athlete Experience Manager at KAV, Allysa focuses on custom 3-D printed cycling helmets, emphasizing safety and community. As a co-founder and community organizer for the All Inclusive Ryders Cycling Collective (AIRcc), Allysa champions inclusivity within the cycling community, particularly for BIPOC and women. Previous positions include Industry Partnerships Manager and National Director of Client Support at Sensi Media Group, and Strategic Partnerships Manager at Green Flower. With a foundation in wellness as a licensed massage therapist and roles in youth program coordination, Allysa has cultivated a holistic understanding of community engagement and business development. Allysa holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a B.A. in Business Management & Entrepreneurship from Antioch University Santa Barbara.
