Rajalakshmi Murali is currently working as the Assistant General Manager - Legal & Corporate Affairs and Company Secretary at Kauvery Hospital since February 2020. Prior to that, Rajalakshmi held the position of Senior Manager - Compliance and Assistant Company Secretary at Lakshmi Vilas Bank from March 2015 to November 2019. With experience as a Company Secretary at TAMIL NADU ROAD DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED, Yalamanchili Software Exports Ltd, and Office of Mr V Raamanaathan Practicing Company Secretary, Rajalakshmi has handled various secretarial functions and ensured corporate compliance. Rajalakshmi holds a ACS degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Law from National Law School of India University.
