Sergio Monroy has a diverse work experience spanning from 1997 to present. Sergio began their career at Olivetti de Mexico as a Controller, where they worked from 1997 to 2004. In 2004, they joined Kautex Textron as a Financial Accountant and steadily progressed through the ranks. Sergio served as a Management Accountant from 2011 to 2012, then as a Controller from 2012 to 2014. From 2015 to 2022, Monroy held the role of Director of Finance, Global, and most recently, they became the Director of Finance Operations Americas at Kautex Textron in March 2022.

Sergio Monroy obtained a Finance Degree from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, specializing in Business Administration and Management, from 1991 to 1995.
