Makoto Okano currently serves as Sr Manager at TDK, a role held since February 2024. Prior to this position, Makoto Okano dedicated over two decades to Kautex Textron, where responsibilities included Director Global Sales Japanese OEMs, Director Global Advanced Manufacturing, and Director Operations Japan, in addition to acting as Representative President of Kautex Japan. Earlier experience included roles as Production Manager and Maintenance Engineer. Makoto Okano holds a degree from the Graduate School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Ohio University.
