Cynthia C. has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and HRIS. Cynthia started their career at Bell Helicopter Textron as a Programming Intern in 1997 and later became an IT Business Analyst. In 2004, they joined Textron where they held various roles including HRIS Business Intelligence Specialist, HRIS Business Integration Manager, and HRIS Operations and Development Manager. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Director of Enterprise Digital Solutions at Textron. Currently, they are working at Kautex Textron as the Vice President IT / CIO Global, a position they have held since July 2019.

Cynthia C. holds an MBA in Information Technology Management from The University of Dallas. Cynthia also has a MA from SES and a BS in Business Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington.
