Danguole Kraskauskiene, ACC, is an accomplished leadership coach, lecturer, and speaker with extensive experience in personal development and training. As the owner of Metas Augti since February 2013, Danguole has mentored coaching professionals, provided one-on-one coaching, and organized workshops for mid-range managers. Danguole has also served as a lecturer at Kauno Kolegija and Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas, leading courses in Conflict Management, Career Management, Leadership, and more, receiving multiple awards for teaching quality. Previous roles include coaching middle-level managers at Sharpist, serving as a Senior Training Specialist at DocLogix and Alna Software, and contributing to the ICF Lithuania board. Danguole holds master's degrees in Global Leadership and Strategy as well as Business Informatics, complemented by a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
