Premium & Incentives Account Manager at Kaulig Media

Nina Saunders is the Premium & Incentives Account Manager at Kaulig Media. Prior to their current position, they served as the Marketing Manager at Conair Corporation from January 2017 to June 2019. In their role at Conair, they oversaw brand marketing activities and coordinated with cross-functional teams. Nina also created and maintained national and account-specific promotional calendars, forecasted promotional purchases and sell-through to align with business objectives and benchmarks, and generated and analyzed monthly SAP sales reports along with account-provided POS data.

In addition, Nina developed annual budgets for individual product sales and marketing programs, worked closely with social/PR agencies on monthly content and micro-influencer campaign strategy, developed key account planograms, signage and promotional POS merchandising collateral, and facilitated trade shows including deal creation, GP analysis, sales forecasting, ordering and merchandising. Nina also assisted with tri-lingual packaging & regulatory compliance to support international launch in Canada.

Before their role at Conair, Nina served as the Assistant Marketing Manager at Aquage | SalonQuest, LLC from August 2012 to January 2017.

Nina Saunders has a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from Kent State University's Graduate School of Management and a BS in Fashion Merchandising from Kent State University. Nina also attended John Carroll University.

They are on a team with Kim DeCredico - Vice President, Art Johanson - Print Production Manager, and Michael Howenstine - Vice President. Nina Saunders reports to Tim Clepper, President & CEO.
