Prior to joining Kaufman Rossin, Susan worked as a marketing automation and marketing program management consultant in the healthcare, technology, non-profit, biotech, telecommunications, and digital marketing industries. She also has independent and in-house agency account and project management experience guiding the creative process and production of advertising programs and assets.
She is a Marketo Certified Expert as well as an Adobe Certified Expert - Marketo Engage Business Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bentley University.
