Shelly Ros, CRM, CIC, CRIS, currently serves as the Risk Manager at Kaufman Lynn Construction, overseeing the organization’s enterprise risk management functions and developing loss prevention programs. Previously, Shelly managed the corporate insurance portfolio at Power Design, Inc., focusing on premium savings across multiple insurance lines. Shelly also held roles as an Executive Assistant at Tampa General Hospital and Power Design, Inc., providing support to vice presidents and contributing to administrative policy editing. Earlier experience includes legal assistant roles at Shutts & Bowen LLP and Trenam Kemker, specializing in business litigation and document preparation. Shelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of South Florida.
