Richard Ellerman currently serves as Vice President of Field Operations at Kaufman Lynn Construction, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Richard was General Superintendent at The Related Group from September 2021 to September 2023, and Senior Superintendent at Suffolk Construction in Miami from August 2015 to September 2021, specializing in commercial concrete structures. Earlier experience includes serving as Structure Superintendent at R.E. Pierson Inc. for bridge and heavy highway construction from 2009 to 2015, and as Union Carpenter Foreman at Madison Construction while supervising the construction of a $2.5 billion mega casino in Atlantic City from 2007 to 2009. Additional roles include Union Carpenter Foreman at Weatherby Construction (2005-2007) and Foreman at Stone Concrete from 1991 to 2005, where Richard completed numerous significant projects. Richard holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from La Salle University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
