Robert Malm serves as a Project Manager at H.W. Kaufman Group since September 2017, with a prior role as IT Assistant Project Manager. Previously, Robert worked at Archer Daniels Midland Company from January 2014 to July 2017 as Project Configuration Manager, where responsibilities included managing project scope, schedules, and quality, along with delivering desired outcomes to stakeholders. Robert also functioned as Project Change Manager and Deliverable Manager, overseeing change management processes, enhancing documentation quality, and creating the Deliverable Approval Process. Robert’s earlier experience includes roles as Project Coordinator at Illinois State University, Graduate Assistant in the Financial Aid Office at Illinois State University, Information Technology Intern at Archer Daniels Midland, and Member Services Representative at Cornerstone Community Financial Federal Credit Union. Robert holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, both from Illinois State University.
