Alice Spacilova is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management and personnel administration. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Kaufland Česká republika v.o.s. since February 2017, Alice oversees HR operations for a logistics center in Olomouc, managing a team and implementing international projects. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at HŽP a.s., where Alice established HR strategies aligned with corporate goals, and HR Specialist positions at SYRMEX and Advantage Consulting. Alice holds a Master's degree in Sociology and Andragogy with a focus on personnel management from Palacký University in Olomouc.
