Rachel Clark has an extensive work history, starting in 2007 as an English Teacher at Wayne Township Community Schools. Rachel then worked as an English Teacher at Franklin Township Community School Corporation from 2008 to 2011. After that, they became an English Teacher at Greenfield Community Schools from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Harrison College, first as an Instructional Development Manager, and then as an Associate Dean of Instructional Development from 2014 to 2017. Rachel then moved to OneAmerica, where they held various roles including Organizational Development Consultant from 2017 to 2019, Organizational Development Manager from 2019 to 2022, and Talent Management Director from 2022 to the present.
