Rick Lawler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and land development. As President and Principal of EMA SolutionsGroup since January 2005, Rick Lawler collaborates with clients to navigate permit issues and requirements across various governmental levels. Additional leadership roles include serving as Past Chairman for the Katy Area Economic Development Council and President of the Board for MUD 176 from July 2020 to November 2022. Previously, Rick Lawler was a Principal Consultant at Greater Katy Land Development from 2012 to January 2020, and held the position of Fire Commissioner at Harris County ESD 48 from 2005 to 2011.
