Nikki Dills is an experienced sales and management professional with a robust background in customer service and team leadership. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Kato Cable since June 2022, previous roles include Director of Sales, Sales Manager, and Customer Service Manager at Design Ready Controls, where responsibilities encompassed customer satisfaction, process improvement, and business development. Nikki's experience also includes leading teams at Target as Executive Team Lead and Team Leader, focusing on team development, sales performance, and operational excellence. Earlier in the career, Nikki managed operations at The Ponds Golf Course, overseeing multiple aspects of service and event management. Nikki holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the College of Saint Benedict.
