Joanna (Jo) Dutta

Joanna (Jo) Dutta has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1999 as a Management Consultant for Ernst & Young. In 2004, they moved to Bain & Co as a Strategy Consultant, followed by a role as Head of Selling Operations/Strategy Manager for John Lewis in 2006. In 2008, they became a Principal at Ace Lane Partners. In 2011, they joined PepsiCo as Vice President of Marketing, Global Nutrition, Head of Cereals Marketing for W. Europe & Sub-Saharan Africa, and Trop50 Marketing Director/GM. In 2019, they founded and became the Principal of The Impact Collective. In 2020, they joined MUSH as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief as a Founding Member (Chicago/London). Currently, Joanna is the Chief Marketing Officer at Katla.

Joanna (Jo) Dutta completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at INSEAD in 2004 and a BA Honours at UCL. Joanna (Jo) also holds a certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Commerce from Wharton Executive Education.
