Madalyn VanSoest began their work experience in 2017 as a Counter Manager at Nordstrom. Madalyn then worked as a Customer Service Representative at DERMAFLASH from October 2017 to November 2018. In 2018, they joined Interior Define as a Social Media Community Coordinator until November 2020, and then transitioned to become a Social Media Marketing Specialist until December 2022. Madalyn's next role was at Havenly, where they worked as a Social Media Marketing Specialist from December 2022 to April 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Social Media Manager at Kathy Kuo Home, starting in April 2023.

Madalyn VanSoest has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Merchandising and Marketing from Western Michigan University.
