Ryan Miller, MBA, FACHE, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the VP and Chief People Officer at KSB Hospital, a position held since January 2018, where additional roles include Executive Director of the KSB Hospital Foundation and Senior Director of Human Resources. Prior to this, Ryan founded and led R. Miller & Associates as Principal Consultant from 2016 to 2017. Experience at Southeastern Grocers from 2010 to 2016 encompassed several senior HR roles, including Senior Director of Field HR and Director of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning. Earlier in Ryan's career, roles at Target Corporation from 2003 to 2010 included Executive Team Leader. Ryan earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Jacksonville University between 2014 and 2016.
