Dylan Delhotal is an experienced IT Technician currently employed at KSB Hospital since May 2022, where responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, supporting the hospital's EMR, improving internal documentation, and managing user onboarding/offboarding processes. Dylan has played a key role in projects such as developing an Incident Response plan, automating wireless access point migrations, and upgrading the organization's phone system to Cisco VoIP. Prior to this, Dylan worked as a District IT Technician at Dixon Public Schools, handling service requests, repairing devices, and managing network installations. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity & Information Assurance from Western Governors University and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems - Networking Specialist from Sauk Valley Community College.
