Farooq A. is an experienced professional in conservation genetics and genomics, currently serving as the Director of the Qatar Falcon Genome Project since January 2016. In addition to this role, Farooq A. is a Staff Scientist (Adjunct) at Sidra Medicine, Coordinator and Instructor at Qatar Scientists in Biological Diversity at Qatar University, and a Research Scientist at The Cultural Village Foundation - Katara.
