Janika Liiv has over 16 years of work experience in various roles, primarily in the software industry. Janika has worked as a Product Manager at Katana Cloud Manufacturing since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Product Lead and then a Product Manager at Comodule from 2021 to 2022, where they focused on creating IoT solutions for sustainable transportation. From 2018 to 2021, Janika worked as a Product Consultant at SandWorks. Janika also has experience as a Product Manager at Just Eat for Business, where they focused on acquiring and onboarding large customers.

In addition to their product management roles, Janika has held several leadership positions. Janika was the Founder and Organizer of Refresh Conference, a multidisciplinary event that grew to an international conference with significant revenue growth under their sales strategy. Janika also co-founded Clanbeat, a 1-on-1 meetings software, where they were involved in various aspects of the business, including product development, marketing, and sales.

Earlier in their career, Janika worked as a Software Developer at Toggl and Apprise, where they gained experience in full stack development, API optimization, and customer support. Janika also worked as an IT-System Analyst at Modus Software.
