Curtis Barrett is an experienced professional with a diverse background in staffing and recruitment, entrepreneurship, and financial advisory roles. Currently serving as Principal at Kastel Staffing Group since May 2021, Curtis focuses on delivering sustainable talent solutions across various industries including Tech, Legal, Finance, and more. Previously, as a Partner at TEEMA, Curtis successfully built and managed a team of recruiters and consistently ranked in the top 10% of producers. Curtis also founded kindpoints, an app aimed at promoting acts of kindness to foster community connections. Additional experience includes roles at Robert Half Technology, Hunter Financial Group, and MassMutual Financial Group, where notable achievements include recognition in various production clubs and maintaining operational excellence. Curtis holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a major in Industrial Design from Wayne State University and graduated from De La Salle Collegiate High School.
