Heather Gresham has extensive experience in customer service, having worked as a Customer Service Representative at Kason Industries since January 2007. Prior to this role, Heather served as a PSA/Gate Agent at Delta Air Lines from September 2001 to January 2007. Heather's foundational education was completed at Newnan High School, graduating between 1990 and 1994.
