Gunchai Sanobar has over 10 years of experience in IT recruitment. In 2021, they joined Kasmo as a Senior Associate-IT Recruiter and IT Source Technologies Limited as a Technical Recruiter. From 2010 to 2021, they worked at Sampoorna Computer People, where they held the roles of IT Recruiter and Sr Recruitment Executive. As an IT Recruiter, they specialized in end-to-end recruitment processes, such as understanding client recruitment, sourcing profiles, screening profiles, explaining job descriptions to candidates, negotiating CTC, scheduling interviews, and following up. Gunchai also had hands-on experience working across verticals, handling clients for start-up companies, product development client handling/interaction, negotiation, client management, time management, and process management.

Gunchai Sanobar completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from CMR Institute of Management Studies in 2009. In 2007, they graduated from Bangalore University with a Bachelor in Arts.
