Mark Kimathi is a seasoned product design professional with extensive experience in user-centered design. Currently serving as the Product Design Lead at Cashia since November 2020, Mark champions user research and usability testing to meet customer needs. Previously, as a Product Design Consultant at Value Chain Factory from October 2021 to November 2022, Mark developed a holistic design strategy focused on enhancing user experience through thorough research and persona development. Earlier work includes a role as a Front End Developer at Cellulant from February 2018 to August 2020, where collaboration with cross-functional teams resulted in responsive web applications, and prior experience as a UX Designer and Front-End Developer at Tech Genius Kenya. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems from Kenya Methodist University, earned between 2014 and 2016.
